ABOUT US

Kita's Kitchen is a home based vegan bakery run by me, Kita! Food and baking has been my passion since I was little, for as long as I can remember I have been creating food and was always forcing my mom and sister to play restaurant with me.

My dream to have my own bakery started when I was 13, I have been working towards that goal ever since. Working in bakeries and restaurants and catering companies, to learn as much of the industry as I could. Along with that I graduated with 2 degrees from Johnson & Wales University.

After finding a city I loved and moving in the middle of a global pandemic and losing my job, I decided what better time to start my dream!

Kita's Kitchen is a home based (for now) vegan bakery, based in Long Beach, CA. Currently offering local delivery, pick up and coming soon to farmers markets. Unfortunately I am not able to offer shipping at the moment :(

My goal with Kita's Kitchen is to provide my community with delicious, quality, vegan treats made with love and passion.
